- Our Assets: All content on this website, including logos, graphics, and code snippets, is the property of Smark One Technology.
- Client Assets: Upon final payment, the client retains ownership of the specific website or software developed for them, excluding proprietary frameworks or third-party licenses used by Smark One.
3. Payment and Financials
- Project Milestones: Payments are typically divided into Deposit, Development, and Launch phases as outlined in the Service Agreement.
- Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend hosting or maintenance services if invoices remain unpaid past the due date.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Content Provision: Clients must provide the necessary images, text, and data required to complete a project.
- Approvals: Timely feedback is required; delays in client approval will result in a shift in the final delivery date.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Service Downtime: While we strive for 99.9% uptime for our hosting services, Smark One is not liable for losses caused by third-party infrastructure failures (e.g., global ISP outages).
- Data Accuracy: We are not responsible for the accuracy of content provided by the client for technical writing or marketing purposes.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to that date.
